What is Home Care?
Home care allows persons with special need to stay in their homes. It might be for people who are getting older, are chronically ill, recovering from surgery, or disabled. Home care services include Personal Care, such as help with bathing, washing your hair or getting dressed.
What services do you provide?
We focus on providing proper home care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults. Our services include personal care, meal planning and preparation, companionship,housekeeping, and safety supervision.
Who is Eligible?
To receive Home Care Services through any of the following funded programs, you or your loved ones/family members should call Maximus, an Independent Enrollment Specialist at 1-877-550-4227.
- Independent Waiver
- Attendant Care Waiver
- Commcare Waiver
- Pennsylvania Office of Long Term Living
If you qualify, they will dispatch an enrollment assistant who will work you through the process.
Who will benefit from your services?
We mainly provide assistance to seniors and disabled adults who wish to stay home and receive care in the warmth of their environment. We also care for seniors and help them make lasting memories in their golden years. Consequently, we help family members afford better care for their loved ones and get some time off from our nonstop caregiving responsibilities.
What if I know someone who needs your services? Can I make a referral even if I am not a care professional?
We highly appreciate referrals, especially when they come from satisfied clients or family members of our clients. Still, we also accept referrals from health care professionals, care providers, and case managers.

We cater to clients and families living in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks.
What are the payment methods?
For clients who are not eligible for any of the funded programs previously mentioned, we also accept insurance claims from Medicaid and other private companies. Our care coordinators can help you process your claims and enjoy your benefits. For charges not covered by insurances, they shall be discussed with you before starting with any care program.
Assessment and Determining Your Care Plan
The assessment is facilitated by the Department of Health and Welfare and forwarded to our agency. The result of the assessment shall be used in developing and designing the care plan of each client. The client, physician and family members can also take part in the planning as they can very well determine your needs based on familiarity and experience. The scale or level of care, the duration of the service, and other pertinent details shall be discussed in the plan in detail and shall be followed through by the carer assigned to you.
Back Up/Emergency Response
Our care coordinators are always available to attend to your regular or emergency needs. The coordinator shall handle any request of additional assistance should the need arise. In the event of a crisis, they will also handle your case properly, making sure that you get the timely assistance needed in the best possible manner.
Our caregivers are also aware that they can be called to assist anytime, even outside of regular schedule when needed. In the event of unavailability of the main care provider, we shall make sure that another person can take his place immediately without necessarily interrupting the shift.
